Conflictology. Lecture course

The publication contains theoretical material on the course 'Conflictology', necessary for students in preparation for practical classes and intermediate assessment in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education. Conflict is considered as a psychological phenomenon that arises in relationships between people due to the perception of each other's actions and behaviors as threatening the satisfaction of their needs.
Intended for bachelor students in the fields of 44.03.02 'Psychological and Pedagogical Education', 44.03.03 'Special (Defectological) Education', as well as for anyone interested in issues of conflict prevention and management.
