The monograph examines the concept, legal nature, procedural order of conducting investigative actions aimed at obtaining and using computer information, including that stored in communication networks (imposing arrest on postal and telegraph shipments, monitoring and recording telephone and other conversations), and shows their place in the system of investigative actions. The legislation is provided as of October 2020. It is recommended for researchers studying this issue, teachers of legal universities (faculties), postgraduates, adjuncts, students of higher educational institutions of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs system, as well as other educational institutions, and law enforcement officers for qualification enhancement and professional training.
