Conditions for effective state influence on the shadow economy

The monograph is devoted to the study of the problem of the shadow economy acute for modern Russia. The work considered socio-economic reasons, the legal basis and destabilizing the consequences of the shadow processes in the economy. Foreign and domestic methods of identifying and evaluating the scale of the shadow business, the implementation of which allows operational measures to curb and prevent shadow operations at the national level. The existing and proposed effective, according to the author, the conditions for the impact of the state on the shadow economy in order to reduce its scale are disclosed.
