This textbook outlines the main issues of modern understanding of computer science, information processes, methods of processing various types of information. Considered computer architecture and means of sewn information. Information and telecommunication technologies are described. The foundations of algorithm and programming are given. Much attention is paid to the basics of mathematical logic, information modeling using mathematical methods. Work with application programs and the FREE PASCAL programming language is shown in the examples of solving practical tasks. Typical programming techniques are commented in detail.
