The book is dedicated to the XML language - the central link of such modern technologies and programming tools as WPF and Xamarin.Forms. The main provisions of the XAML syntax are set out and the possibilities of XAML mechanisms that distinguish this language from such traditional marking languages as, for example, HTML are shown on numerous examples. In addition to the Xaml syntax, the namespaces, keywords, the most useful management elements used to create an intuitive user interface are described. The features of dependent and attached properties, mechanisms for expanding the marking and linking data are explained. The possibilities of resources, styles and templates are shown. The means of transforming the images of control elements and objects, as well as the issues of representing raster images and the creation of objects of vector graphics are considered. Particular attention is paid to the triggers of data and triggers of events. The mechanisms and means of animation are set out in detail.
