In the manual in a compressed form, the legal regime of two copyright objects (computer programs and databases), one object of related rights (databases) and one special object of protection (topologies of integral chips) is disclosed. The issues of the security conditions of all these objects are highlighted, general and various features are analyzed.
Particular attention is paid to aspects that distinguish computers, databases and topology of integrated microcircuits from other objects of intellectual rights, in particular, voluntary registration.
