The training manual presents an analysis of the conditions for the transition to the next generation networks in the Russian Federation and substantiated the need to develop methods for evaluating the quality of the functioning of the hybrid communication network during the interaction of systems and alarm systems for various technologies. The methodology and an example of a numerical analysis of existing methods for calculating the intensity of the signal load in the hybrid communication networks during the interaction of the alarms of OKS-7, Sigtran and SIP are given. The methods of developing functional and mathematical models for installing signal connections from the TFOP digital network to the IP/MPLS network and vice versa in the form of a mass service network. A method of calculating the quality of signal service service quality is proposed when the alarm protocols are interacted with OKS-7, Sigtran and SIP in networks with channels and packages.
