The approaches to the construction and study of models of wireless networks of the simplest structural organization are set out. A general idea is given about the methods and techniques of work in the Omnet ++ Framwar Innet to solve these problems. Examples of network models, taking into account the mobility of the network nodes, their ability to dynamic routing, as well as the possibility of accounting for energy consumption by each of the network units depending on its operating mode, are considered. Brief information is given about the protocols for access to the data transmission environment in Wi FI networks and methods of modeling these processes with various signal distribution models.
