The book discusses the approaches, methods and computer tools to solve the problems of conceptual design of technical innovations and innovative organizations. The relevance of this problem is that, within the framework of strategic innovative management, it is necessary to teach students and specialists primarily methods for the development and production of competitive industrial products. The use of a systematic approach at the initial stages of creating new technology and technology, that is, at the stages where the concept of technical solution is formed, allows for the design of strategic innovations, the introduction of which is premature, ensuring the gaining of competitive advantages in the future.
The book sets out approaches to the creation of technical innovations and innovative organizations based on the systematic use of the patterns of the structure and development of new technology, mathematical, heuristic and intellectual methods of analysis and synthesis of new solutions, methods for predicting and designing future needs of people who are a starting point For subsequent search studies of the innovative technosphere. The methods of conceptual design of innovations considered in the book reflect two paradigms of system analysis: reductionism based on attempts to know the system by decomposing it into parts and research of these parts, and holism, which involves conducting the study of the system, explaining the interaction of its elements and functions from the point of view of relations with the surrounding Wednesday.
