The monograph contains a description of the development trends of the information space of science and the vision of future scientific communications by the world scientific community. The state of the system of scientific information in Russia and the main decisions of state authorities related to its development are considered. The information resources of academic institutions on social and humanities are described. Within the framework of the proposed concept of constructing a single electronic (digital) space of scientific knowledge, special attention is paid to monitoring and breeding of scientific information resources, their integration, aggregation and formation of the nucleus of the nucleus of knowledge space, including the ontology and the knowledge base. A model for the formation of knowledge space for the sphere of linguistics and the methodology for assessing the quality of linguistic resources have been developed.
