Today we are observing the growth of attention to blockchain technology and distributed registry (English - Distributed Ledger Technology, DLT), which is one of the key through technologies of the digital economy of the Russian Federation. However, the majority of cryptoprimes used in blockchain, including hash functions (GOST R 34.11-2018, Sha-2, Sha-3, Sha256, Ethash, Scrypt, X11, Equihash, Ripemd160, etc), electronic signatures (GOST 04.10-2018, ECDSA, EDDSA, Ring, One-Time, Borromean, Multi-Signature, etc), asymmetric cryptographic algorithms (RSA, Diffe-Hellman, etc) and the relevant protocols are no longer quantum-resistant. Those. Resistant to attacks using the so -called relevant or significant quantum computer (English - Cryptographically Relevant Quantum Computer, CRQC) Effective quantum algorithms are already known, in particular, the Schora algorithm for factorization and discrete logarithmication, which can be successfully used to hack the listed cryptoprimes.
The publication proposes a new setting of the problem of ensuring cyber-resistance of blockchain ecosystems and platforms of the digital economy of the Russian Federation in the context of quantum cybers of attackers based on copyright models and methods of quantum cryptanalysis and synthesis of post-quantum cryptopur. Including, a parametric selection of post-quantum cryptopurns based on: integer-bassed cryptography, codes that correct errors (Code-Based Cryptography), polynomials from many variables (multivariat cryptography), croup Tographic hash-functions , the ishenies of the super-symbolic elliptic curves (Supersingular ISogeny-BASED CRYPTOGRAPHY), etc. This monograph is the first work on the mentioned problem and contains the results of not only qualitative, but also a quantitative study of quantum stability of the blockchain and business and business platforms. For this reason, the monograph is of undoubted theoretical and practical interest for specialists in the field of computer sciences and information technologies for a digital economy
