At what point and where exactly the History of Necke began, it is unknown - it is possible, because such ordinary things do not cause special interest among contemporaries. In the XVII century, who came from China, they took root in Japan, where they began to be used for practical purposes. Their name also indicates this: "NE" in translation from Japanese - the root, and "tsuke" - to attach. In the traditional Japanese outfit - kimono - there were no pockets, and the things that we are now wearing in pockets (money, keys, etc) were put in a bag or basket, and then with a rope we hung a kimono on a belt (Ob) NECKE was used as a breeze-punch attached to the other end of the rope and holding the bag from the fall. Gradually, Necke from a modest key fob turned into an amulet, and in our time they are considered works of art, which absorbed the rich cultural traditions of Japan and China
