You hold in your hands a textbook on legal computer science, that is, the theoretical part of the course "Information Technologies in the activities of a lawyer", which the author reads at the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. Legal computer science consists of three parts: the theory of information, the theoretical foundations of information technology and the basics of safe behavior in cyberspace. For convenience, the training material is set out according to lectures.
Technical, technological, economic and other foundations of the digital transformation in this textbook are presented for lawyers. Theoretical material, examples, accents in the presentation take into account the possibility of using the knowledge gained in further studies at the law faculty and in professional activities.
A textbook can be useful to everyone who studies a lawyer in undergraduate, specialty or magistracy, as well as to all those who are engaged in legal work in their daily activities
