This book is a practical introduction in the construction of distributed models in the environment of multi -agent modeling Netlogo. The book considers both classic distributed models, including cell automatic machines, neural networks, genetic algorithms, and relatively modern, for example, methods and models of moist intelligence.
Each chapter of the publication is devoted to exactly one model: first the original model is considered, then the process of its implementation in the Netlogo environment is described in detail, at the end of the chapter a set of exercises for a deeper independent study of the considered model or its variations.
The book contains a large number of illustrations, examples of code, exercises, bibliographic links and reference material on programming in Netlogo.
The publication is focused on students, high school students and all those interested in the theme of mathematical and computer modeling
