The book is the result of the project, which was implemented by the Project Management Institute, PMI) and the International Council Council On Systems Engineering, Incose) The book discusses how organizations can become more effective
and effective, more sensitively respond to changes and achieve the best results of work due to integration of program management and system engineering. The concept of integration, as well as the methods and means of integration, including the conceptual platform (framework) proposed by the authors, covering six key measurements - processes, practices and integration tools, organizational environment, personnel competence, concomitant factors, integration effectiveness and effectiveness of the program. Numerous examples of the successful implementation of practices of integrating the management of program and system engineering and improvement on this basis economic, managerial and engineering indicators of the execution of programs and activities of companies are considered.
