The textbook presents basic information about the role of information technology in a modern information society, the basics of state policy in the information sphere, information security. The capabilities of operating systems, text editors, electric tables, databases, computer networks and Internet network, as well as the technology of work in the reference legal systems "ConsultantPlus", "Guarantor", "Code" are considered.
The textbook fully complies with the new standards of higher education in the direction of "jurisprudence" (qualification (degree) - "bachelor") and prepared by the faculty of the Moscow State Law University named after O.
