The training manual discusses the design of the dispatch level of the ASUTP on the basis of the WINCC SCADA system. The main subsystems of WINCC are described - the creation of communication channels, tag archiving, a graphic user interface, emergency registration, creation of macros, user archives and administration. As examples, typical tasks were selected, solved by an engineer-designer when developing a dispatch level of control for each subsystem.
