A laboratory workshop contains a number of theoretical and practical instructions for solving the problems of planning project activities: management models that allow you to comprehensively set and solve the problems of project planning, in particular the construction of a network model and a calendar schedule of the project, the distribution of project resources, analysis of risks and cost structure. The main attention is paid to the formation of the skills of using information systems in the process of project management: the basic principles and methods of using the Microsoft Project 2007 calendar-net planning system are proposed when developing and implementing the IP project.
