The methods of compression of information (Huffman, RLE), noise -resistant coding (Hamming and BSC codes), encryption (additive cipher and cipher with controlled operations), stelganographic concealment of information (hidden transmission of information in the BMP format, in the sound file are described WAV format, on HTML pages), describes the procedure for modeling digital devices (encryption systems, shift register and polynomial divisions).
This work is an integral part of the educational complex prepared by the author. The complex includes lectures, methodological instructions on the implementation of laboratory work in two semesters and a collection of tasks for practical classes.
