The experience of solo performances on the stage of the Mariinsky Theater, as well as the scientific knowledge gained at the Faculty of Philosophy of St. Petersburg State University, allowed the author of the book to penetrate into the depths of the problems that exist in the preparation of ballet artists and offer their scientifically based and proven solutions.
