The presented lecture course covers the main issues of digital business engineering of production systems. An analysis of various approaches to the construction and transformation of the management models of the organization of operating activities of sociotechnical production systems. The new possibilities of simulating modeling in the tasks of constructing digital business models of production systems are considered. The features of constructive model theory and intellectual technology for building options for digital prototypes of production systems are considered to achieve the goals of different levels of management and decision -making objectives. In addition, the work formulates relevant problems and new challenges arising in connection with the implementation of the ideas of the fourth industrial revolution.
