The work based on current trends in the development of information systems from the standpoint of a systematic approach sets out theoretical and practical issues of the architecture of their construction. A characteristic of the evolution of applications and platform technologies is given, the classification of information systems and models of their presentation is given, the problems of conceptual modeling of information systems and the existing architectural styles of their design are considered in detail.
