Sergey Dovlatov is one of the most popular and readable Russian writers of the late XX - early XXI century. His story, stories, notebooks are translated into many languages, are fused, studied at school and universities. Surprisingly funny and at the same time piercing-sad Prose Tytodyova has long become a classic and a writer relatives with such masters of tragicomic prose, like A. Chekhov, Tafffi, A. Averchenko, M. Zoshchenko.
In 1972 - 1975, during their stay in Tallinn, Tallinet worked for a freelance correspondent in the Soviet Estonia newspaper.
