The book is dedicated to the early postoperative complications of gastroctomy in patients with stomach cancer. The most frequent and formidable complications are considered, this is the failure of the esophageal-acid anastomosis, acute postoperative pancreatitis, abdominal abscesses, complications from the respiratory system. The effect of splenectomy on the frequency and nature of postoperative complications has been studied in detail. The role of modern radiation diagnostics in the maintenance of patients in the postoperative period is highlighted. The work is based on the results of surgical treatment of 232 patients with cancer of the stomach, which performed gastroctomy in the clinic of faculty surgery named after N.N. Burdenko GBOU VPO “First MGMU them. THEM. Sechenov in the period from 2005 to 2013
