Paul Taffanel (1844-1908) - French flutist, composer and teacher who raised more than one generation of performers. In collaboration with the student and follower, Philip Gober (1879-1941), he created the textbook “Full School of the Flate game”, which to this day is the most important help for the formation of a performer-fluist, being a kind of "encyclopedia of the play on the flute".
