The book provides an in-depth analysis of the global economy and competitiveness of 80 countries. The analysis of Russia, the United States, Japan, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, India, and Brazil is conducted based on 188 competitiveness criteria for the year 2002. Trends in the development of the global economy and the strategic competitiveness of Russia until 2015 are presented, as well as organizational and economic technologies for Russia's recovery from the crisis.
