In the proposed study manual, the problem of the course of the comparative typology of German and Russian languages is systematically set up. Problems covering overall and relative comparative typology. Private typology is set out in accordance with the levels of the language system, while the focus is on the grammatical level. A feature of the benefit is the combination of the genres of the textbook and the monograph, which in itself should help students see genre-stylistic differences and promote the development of self-scientific work and the scientific style of presentation.
