In this paper, a postroom comment on the text of the current Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation is given. Clarifications and recommendations for the articles of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation are based on the analysis of judicial practice, the existing decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation (USSR), the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and other regulations.
