The publication contains the text of the new edition of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, taking into account the changes approved during the all-Russian vote on July 1, 2020, which came into force on July 4, 2020 (Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated July 3, 2020, No. 445), as well as the inclusion of the Lugansk People's Republic, Donetsk People's Republic, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Kherson Oblast in the Russian Federation, and the formation of new subjects within the Russian Federation (Federal Constitutional Laws dated October 4, 2022, No. 5-FKZ, 6-FKZ, 8-FKZ), clarifying the content of the articles and terms used in its text.
