The book has a postal commentary on the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation dated March 8, 2015 No. 21-ФЗ, enforced on September 15, 2015 in order to implement the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, as well as the provisions of the federal constitutional laws “On the Judicial System of the Russian Federation” and “On the courts of general jurisdiction in the Russian Federation” through the regulation of the procedure for the implementation by the courts of general jurisdiction of administrative proceedings.
When considering the norms of the CAS of the Russian Federation, their comparative analysis was carried out with the relevant norms of the legislation on civil proceedings (Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation) and proceedings in arbitration courts (APC RF) The legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, which are expressed in relation to the norms of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation and the APC of the Russian Federation, are given, but can be taken into account when applying the norms of the CAS of the Russian Federation.
The book is intended for law enforcement officers - participants in the trial, as well as persons entering or involved in the trial. The book will be useful to everyone who is interested in issues of legal regulation of legal proceedings in Russia
