The work analyzes the provisions of the Administrative Judicial Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, provides a comment on each article, while the author uses the comparative legal method of the study, comparing commented provisions with the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, and in some cases the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. Other scientific research methods are used in the comments.
