Commentary on the Code of Administrative Judicial Procedure of the Russian Federation

In this paper, it is given by articles, and in most cases, in terms of the parts of the articles, the Code of Administrative Judging of the Russian Federation (CAS RF).
Consultations and recommendations for the CAS of the Russian Federation are based on the analysis of judicial practice of consideration and permission of previously similar cases within civil proceedings, existing decisions of the highest bodies of justice of the Russian Federation and other regulatory acts.
