Comment on the Federal Law "On Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedure with the Participation of a Mediator (Procedure)".

Since January 1, 2011, rules regulating the procedure of extrajudicial settlement of legal disputes - the mediation procedure, have been in effect in Russia. The successful application of the new rules will be facilitated by the first (article-by-article) scientific and practical commentary on the Federal Law "On Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedure with the Participation of a Mediator (Mediation Procedure)."
