The authors of this book believe that in today"s dynamic world the most flexible and most powerful working unit in terms of effectiveness, staff training and transformations in any organization remains a team. However, this is not just a group of people working together. Hundreds of employees were interviewed, which are part of more than 50 different teams in 30 companies, and the following conclusions were made: only small groups (usually less than 12 people) are able to work effectively as teams. None of them can succeed without the necessary set of skills required to complete the task posed to it. Teams need a general mission, a set of specific goals, an agreed approach to business, as well as a sense of collective responsibility for the results of the work. In addition, team members should be committed to each other. Based on many real examples, the authors come to the conclusion that the key to achieving the high efficiency of any company is to recognize the wisdom of the command approach, find the determination of it to implement and then learn from their own experience
