“The shortest history of time” is more than a prostrate commentary on complex concepts and theories described in the legendary “Brief History”. The authors, Stephen Hawking and Leonard Mlodinov, after 17 years, who changed a lot in astrophysics, look at eternal questions with a new look: about the nature of space and time, the role of God in the creation of the world, about the past and future of the Universe. The data obtained by astronomical observatories, cosmic telescopes and physical laboratories have become a firm support for theoretical physics, for several decades in a row fighting for a harmonious, unified field theory, properly united all known types of interactions. According to many, this is the theory of strings, whose position and investigation are expanded by professors Hawking and Mlodins. Black matter and black energy, which we know about only thanks to gravitational effects, travel travel, which, as I believe the authors, “do not have to bet” - all this was in the focus of their attention. Puzzles and sharp contradictions that are strongly allowed at the front edge of the science of the Universe.
