"The same station" is two stories. The first is the story of Silvano Landy, a writer who discovers on the threshold of the fiftieth anniversary, that his life fell apart into pieces. The second is the story of his great -grandfather Mauro, a soldier in the trenches of the First World War. Under the same heavens, magnificent and ruthless, jeep unfolds the story of beauty and fragility, about human tears and hope. The story of falling into the abyss and how every time, no matter what, to rise from it. Jicks (Jan-Alphonso Pachinotti) was born in Pisa in 1963. His graphic novels were won by numerous prizes, including prizes at comic book festivals in Angulus, Lukke and Erlangen. The “one -star” published in 2013 was the first graphic novel, which included in the short list of the Main Italian Literary Prize "Strega" - provoking hot disputes about the boundaries of literature
