A boy named Atsusi Nakajima is expelled from an orphanage, and so he is in Jokogam without money and a roof over his head. Atsusi is in such despair that it is decided to rob the first person oncoming. However, his heart is good, and instead of robbery, he saves his life to the drowning person he sees in the river. This person turns out to be a certain Osamu Dadzai - an eccentric employee of the so -called armed detective agency. At the moment, he and his comrades are looking for a mysterious tiger-cereal, leading fear of the inhabitants of the district. Atsusi himself suffered from this tiger, so he agrees to help Dadzai in search. Soon he gets acquainted with other employees of the agency, where each other is more wonderful
