The heroes of this book are united by one thing - the desire to live in a better, ideal world.
"My Earth" - a comic book a guide for thirty home -made states based on dreamers, utopians and like -minded people. To change the world around themselves, many of them had to fight the condemnation of fellow citizens, argue with the laws and even with nature itself.
On the way to the dream:
- adherents of the New Age religion for 14 years dug tunnels in the foothills of Italian Alps for 8500 cubic meters- and never came across to the authorities,
- Leicester Hemingway invested the money earned on the biography of his famous brother, in the creation of a new Atlantis,
- Henry Ford founded Fordland in Brazil (which you can’t do for the sake of discounts on rubber),
- In 1971, in the center of Copenhagen, a group of anarchists founded a free city of Christiania (and still live there),
- 26 more teams of enthusiasts created their own micro-state, albeit that did not exist for long, but precisely in history
