Love and death in Russian literature in comics.
This book is the first in a series dedicated to Russian literature of the twentieth century in comics.
Each chapter - the page of history through the eyes of writers and poets who witnessed the main events of the era in which they happened to live and create. It included lectures on the works of such outstanding personalities as Bryusov, Chekhov, Kuprin, Gorky, Blok, Akhmatova, Bely, Mayakovsky, Bunin, Pasternak, Zamyatin, Gumilyov, Babel, Yesenin.
Dmitry Bykov seems to return us that year in which this or that book was created. The book was created based on the popular program "One hundred lectures with Dmitry Bykov".
- this is not just a book, but the result of the joint work of Dmitry Bykov and the rain TV channel. When Dmitry told us the idea of "strokes" it sounded so cool that we simply could not but support it. More than two years once a week, Bykov gave our viewers a lecture, gradually moving from the past to the present. Each chapter is not just a conversation about the book, this is a program that any of you can see on our website TVRan.ru as a result of the project turned out to be so interesting that we decided to share it with everyone who loves literature. ”
