The Joker got out of the psychiatric hospital, but despite his smile, not at all fun. During his absence, former subordinates pulled the master cake to the last crumb, and Joker himself was written off, deciding that he would not return. However, the Joker is again free and more than the former eager to drown Gotham in the blood.
