Frederick Peters is a famous Swiss illustrator and author of comics. He has more than 20 books and several awards of the International Festival of Drawn Stories in Angulus. In the graphic novel, “Blue Tablets", he tells his own love story and reveals a topic that is usually not customary to talk about: a serious illness of a loved one. Frederick Peter talented and with humor describes the daily life of all three: doubts and experiences, glimpses of hope and moments of complete happiness. Firstly published in 2001, the book continues to be reprinted in the author’s homeland and has already been translated into a dozen languages. And at present, the Franco-German television channel Arte is preparing its film adaptation
