This publication is a collective monographic work dedicated to the constitutional and legal aspects of counteracting corruption. Despite the emergence of a considerable number of journalistic and scientific works on corruption, its prevention, opposition, the fight against it, corruption remains a very serious evil - political, economic, social. Using domestic and foreign experience, the authors stop at the constitutional and legal sources and problems of overcoming corruption. The proposed materials and conclusions make it possible to look in many respects in a new way at this phenomenon, its political, economic and social roots.
