This is how it is different to start working with paints. A small child is difficult to even keep a brush, not something to change one color to another within one drawing. Maximum simplify the process: one paint.
From the position of the development of thinking, we are discussing that we have blue but remember that the color of the color really should only call 2 years!
Images on reversals are usually combined into logical pairs. Try to convey this connection to the child. Be sure to come up with the "seed"-horse-explanation about what we have to paint and why. Or "hidey" (paint) and why. Discussing items from different sides.
