Atlas illustrates the morphological features of the cells of four sprouts of bone marrowing blood-forming originating from one stem cell. The text part of the book gives detailed comments to the illustrations, including modern data on the mechanisms for the development of the considered hematopoede disorders, up to molecular, as well as methods and criteria for their diagnosis.
The first chapter briefly presents basic information about blood formation. Its separate parts are devoted to erythropoese, megakaryocyteopoease, granulocyteopoease and monocytopoese. The second chapter discusses anemia, their modern classification is given. The third chapter is devoted to acute myeloid leukozam.
