This tutorial consists of two parts: the first is the "theoretical part", the second - "laboratory work". The issues of surface activity and self-organization in solutions of surfactants (micelle formation, solubilization, microemulsia formation) are presented. Significantly processed material on the consideration of phase equilibria in the surfactants" systems in the crafting point area. The fruitful possibilities of using the polytermic conductometry method are shown, the original and physically substantiated approach to obtaining "colloidally chemically pure" preparations of surfactants in various salt forms is described. The corresponding techniques are given (which is confirmed by patents), and in the application - reference data for a wide range of surfactants.
The manual is intended for students of classical universities, studying in the field / specialty "Chemistry" and specializing in colloid chemistry, as well as students of chemical-technological universities. May be of interest to specialists working in this area
