Collection of laws on administrative procedures

This collection of legislative acts contains laws on administrative procedures of various countries. Among them there is the law of Germany, as well as the laws of post -Soviet countries, which only after gaining independence adopted modern laws on administrative procedures.
These laws are united by the fact that they regulate the administrative procedure in general. The main idea is the presence of general rules that act on all administrative procedures. The rules concern, first of all, issues such as the beginning of the administrative procedure (at the request or at the initiative of the institution), the form of management of management (through an administrative act or through a public law agreement), the rules of activity of the administrative body (for example, the action of the inquisition principle and the implementation of the administrative The authority at the discretion), formal requirements (justification, the procedure for clarifying the possibility and terms of appeal) and instructions on the expenses of the procedure
