This edition contains educational and methodological materials from the Department of Civil Law of the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University, developed by its professors and teachers and undergoing many years of practical testing. They cover the entire process of studying civil law at a law school - from lectures and practical classes on the general course to taking exams, including materials on organizing mid-semester monitoring of education and extracurricular work with students. A separate part of the collection consists of educational programs for general and special courses in civil law disciplines for bachelor's and master's degrees, the content of which has been updated in accordance with current educational standards in this field, changes in civil legislation, and new legal literature, as well as programs for some special courses for additional (postgraduate) education.
