Vladimir Ivanovich Fadeev - Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Worker of the Higher School of the Russian Federation, Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation, Honorary Worker of Science and Technology of the Russian Federation, Head of the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law of the Moscow State University named after O.E. Kutafina (MGU), VA Prize laureate Tumanova 2014 for achievements in the field of constitutional (state) law of Russia and foreign countries. For the first time I developed and substantiated the concept of municipal law as a new comprehensive branch of law. Author of more than 150 scientific papers, including the first in the country of the monograph Municipal Law of Russia (1994), which has become the first training manual for this branch of law. IN AND. Fadeev made a great contribution to the study and development of the Institute of People"s Representative Office. All his life was a vivid example of human activity, harmoniously combining a comprehensively developed personality, the best qualities of the teacher, a scientist researcher and a citizen-Patriot.
