The clinical pathology of children"s skin is largely different from the common skin diseases of adults, which dictates the relevance of creating special teaching aids for students of therapeutic faculties, especially necessary in the conditions of a legitimate absence of a separate medical specialty "Children"s dermatology". The present tutorial "Clinical Reader for Children"s Dermatology" is designed to fill this gap. It is an independent training edition included in the teaching complex intended for use in teaching dermatovenerology for students of all faculties of medical universities. Being a necessary addition to the standard textbook on skin and venereal diseases in the specialty "Therapeutic case", the Reader in brief form describes the main clinical features of skin diseases, often or exclusively occurring in children from newborn to the initial school age. The authors of the Krestomatia included the leading professors clinicians of the Moscow and St. Petersburg dermatological schools, having a rich experience of teaching skin diseases to students of therapeutic and pediatric faculties
