The awareness of increasing responsibility for the improper use of drugs, polypraggmasia, the appointment of unnecessary or inconsistent drugs to pregnant women, the need to consult and the consultation of clinical pharmacologists determine the interdisciplinary approach to treatment from the standpoint of Evidence -Bassed Medicine - evidence -based medicine. It was this that led to the creation of the first publication in the country, in which, taking into account clinical nosology, information about the pharmacological properties of a drug, supplemented by information about the data on the provenness/unproven pharmacotherapy available in the country and the world, would be presented.
The manual reflects basic information about regulatory documents allowing /prohibiting the use of pharmacological drugs, outlines the procedure for receipt of drugs and the procedure for their certification in the country, briefly given the characteristics of drugs used in obstetrics and gynecology, presenting reference information that facilitates the rational The choice of the drug, including in accordance with the procedure for the provision of obstetric and gynecological care (order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 572)
and clinical recommendations (treatment protocols 2014-2016) of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
The management was created based on the materials of the country"s main document regulating all pharmacotherapy measures - the State Register of Medicines of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the publication is to ensure the safety of the use of drugs for patients, to prevent the most common errors in pharmacotherapy, especially during pregnancy.
Designed by obstetrician-gynecologists, general practitioners, healthcare leaders, graduate students, residents, cadets of all forms of NMO in the specialty "Obstetrics and Gynecology", as well as senior students of medical universities.
The monograph continues a series of publications created in accordance with the Strategy for the Development of Medical Science in the Russian Federation for the period until 2025
